This sensory information is received through touch receptors on the fingertips and palms, and through the proprioceptors (motion and position sensors) embedded deeply within the joints of the hands, wrists, arms, and even the shoulders.

Felicia is a registered massage therapist and a 2023 graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy. When she is not in the clinic, she is often at a baseball diamond cheering on her boys. Her time around athletes has fueled her passion for understanding how the body moves, performs, and recovers, and it guides her focus on helping people of all ages, from competitive athletes to anyone wanting to stay active, recover well, and move with confidence.

She welcomes individuals dealing with tension, recovering from overuse, or looking for a space to unwind and reset. Felicia is dedicated to providing care, communication, and treatments that are thoughtfully tailored to each person’s goals.

Greg is an osteopathic practitioner, kinesiologist and exercise physiologist who has worked with various hospitals, universities, clinics, fitness facilities and sports teams in Canada and the US. He completed his Master’s of Science in Exercise Science at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2013, where he attended on a basketball scholarship. He then received his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice in 2021 from the Canadian School of Osteopathy.

Greg is passionate about teaching and learning about latest improvements in the field of exercise science, rehabilitation and manual therapy. Greg continuously works with individuals at all physical levels, from people suffering from various chronic conditions and illnesses, to the highest level athletes, including teams in the MLB, NHL, NFL and CFL.

Jordan (JJ) is a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Physiology. After completing his degree, he has pursued a nine-year professional football career in the Canadian Football League (CFL), playing in over 100 games with the BC Lions, Saskatchewan Roughriders, Calgary Stampeders, and Toronto Argonauts. He has also attended rookie minicamps with the Kansas City Chiefs and Detroit Lions in the National Football League (NFL).

Beyond his athletic career, he am a registered Kinesiologist with two years of experience in active rehabilitation. Additionally, he have over five years of experience as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist.
