Felicia is a Registered Massage Therapist focused on injury rehabilitation, performance support, and long term movement health. She works closely with athletes and active individuals to address pain, restore mobility, and reduce the risk of recurring injuries.
Her approach combines hands on manual therapy including myofascial release and targeted soft tissue techniques with active modalities such as mobility work, neuromuscular reeducation, corrective exercise, and practical strengthening strategies. Felicia believes effective treatment extends beyond the table, and she equips every client with individualized home care plans to support recovery, improve movement efficiency, and build durability between sessions.
With experience treating youth and adult athletes, particularly ballplayers, she understands the physical demands of repetitive throwing, rotational sports, and in season recovery. Her goal is to help clients move efficiently, perform confidently, and stay resilient throughout the year.
